All photos, videos, and digital assets will be delivered via a downloadable DropBox link unless other arrangements are confirmed.

Services Descriptions:
- Interior photo shoot of the entire home to include editing. Enough photos of home will be taken to showcase the home presenting a professional display of the features and amenities. Photos will be delivered via DropBox unless other arrangements are made.
- Exterior photos showing front of property and any outdoor features and amenities. A twilight photo will be included.
- A LiDAR scan of the home to produce a detailed floor plan.
- The Zillow 3D 360 degree walk around tour will be uploaded directly to Zillow.
- A downloadable comprehensive report in PDF format detailing all of the room and square footage areas and dimensions customized for the Real Estate Company, Agent and property.
- Produce a Clickable photo tour of the home using the floor plan positioning camera icons such that when the camera icon is clicked it displays the room that the camera icon is pointing.
- Aerial photos showing the front of the home and 4 additional views of sides, back and top-down views. A photo of the home showing the property outline with enhanced transparent color fill. The address of the property location will be indicated on the photo.
- Aerial photos at the 4 positions of the compass North, South, East, and West. Location of major points of interest will be shown indicating nearby schools, shopping, fire stations.
- 360-degree fly around video at 2 different altitude elevations showing the neighborhood and surrounding area.
- Virtual staging of vacant rooms. Placement of furnishings in the living room, family room, and bedrooms. Clutter removal of garage and other rooms.
- Produce a video of using the interior photos, exterior photos, floor plan, aerial photos, and aerial video for uploading to MLS, Zillo.com, Realtor.com.
- Provide 8.5 x 11, 2 side color brochure showing a photo of the front of the property, agent photo and contact information, Scan-able QR code to link property to custom web page using a smart phone. Floor plan on the back side of the brochure. This can be printed by agent for hand out at open house showings.
- Custom web page for the property exhibiting all of the above photos and property data. Optimized for desktop and smart cell phone viewing. Link will be provided for social media posting.
